The staff was very cooperative with our late checkout request. I was very grateful. The location is AMAZING!!! It was a short walk to the Masjid Nabawi. I felt blessed. The room was neat and clean. I appreciated that a lot.

I found the location convenient, being just a short walk to the key religious site. The staff was very helpful with luggage both after checkout. My room felt new, equipped with comfortable beds and amenities. I also appreciated the very understanding nature of the staff, as they accommodated my requests efficiently.
The room carpets looked somewhat worn and could benefit from replacement.
